I used Adobe Captivate to create training videos in flash format like .f4v, however, I would like to upload them to YouTube or give to others who do not have the resources to play f4v files. I noticed that one of the new features in Adobe Captivate 4 is to convert .swf to .avi. However, I am still using the old version.
